Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. We ask that you notify us within 5 days of any issues with your orders. We are a new, small family owned business and we make every product by hand. We perform multiple quality checks but life happens. We strive to have 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out immediately and give us an opportunity to remedy it. Store credits or replacements will be offered but we do not offer refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
